It's easy to use but if it's moved around too much them it shuts off not sure if I just got a faulty one or if it's all of them. Still works for what I need it to though.

You get what you pay for and a little more with this one. It's perfect for my use and i really appreciate the case it comes with, the extra batteries, and the replaceable tips. My only complaint is that there is no instruction for changing the batteries (but you can figure it out eaaily) and putting it back together was kind of tricky.The others i see on here have extra stuff, but not for what i needed. This was just right 😊

Overall, this does the job. The product feels super flimsy (lucky it didn’t break when I opened the tool reservoir). The tool reservoir only fits two pieces of the set not all three (but hey it does have a nice box that all the pieces fit in). Last thing, how do you replace the batteries? I’m glad it came with extra batteries but do I just pull the whole thing apart (as flimsy as it is, will the product break?)

My youngest kid gets tons of tons of earwax that’s easy to see from the exterior. I got this device to be able to remove it safely. The light is ok, and there’s only one attatchment that’s soft enough to actually go in the ear, which broke after a couple months. I’d spend a little more money to get something of better quality
