My advice is, listen to the reviews!
It did break like others said it would. I got the warranty thinking no big deal if it breaks right away, we'll get a new one but the extra coverage(other than Amazon's 30day) is worthless unless it was "machanical failure" and my idea of mechanical failure and the warranty replacement rep were different. So please don't buy them if you are wanting to be able to use them long term.

They were a hit
Great customer service. Gave to my daughter for her birthday and she loved them

Annoying to have to charge daily.
Just wish the battery lasted a little longer. Remembering to plug it in has been difficult so she mostly just uses her old set.
