Worked but expensive
Worked perfectly so my Lansinoh smart pump could be attached to my Dr. Brown's narrow neck vented bottles. I like the narrow bottles because they take up less space in the diaper bag and fridge. I only wish these simple plastic rings didn't cost $19! Way over priced.

I bought this so I could pump directly from my Lansinoh pump into Dr. Brown's narrow mouthed bottles. These fit perfectly. I had such trouble trying to find something online and this is exactly what I needed! No leaking at all and these are dishwasher safe.

Fits well, milk gets caught in threads
They do fit and work well, but the threads on the adapter are only partial threads. This causes milk to get caught in the threads if you swirl it too hard and it will leak when you take the pump top off the adapter.
