It is not possible to give an answer without knowing if the player door opens when the button is pressed and a CD disc is inserted but the disc then failed to play, or if when the open door button is pressed the door failed to open. More detailed information needed

Every time I use the Bluetooth playing, the machine always stops playing by itself after some time which varies case by case. What is wrong with this?

I don't know , we sent ours back for the same reason plus records would stop half way through and the dvd would not open.
