Disappointing Experience: Broken Panels and Zero Support from Deck Up
My experience with Deck Up has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon receiving my almirah, I discovered that all three side panels were broken. Despite contacting Deck Up for support, their response was abysmal. Even though their technicians had opened the package, they refused to replace the damaged panels or provide any refund. Adding insult to injury, the quality of the almirah is appalling. It's as fragile as thermocol and prone to breaking at the slightest touch. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of Deck Up and their products. Don't waste your hard-earned money on subpar items and nonexistent customer service. Avoid Deck Up like the plague when shopping online.
