Thread Stand
This item was fairly easy, although it looked challenging, to assemble. I could not get the top mast to attach to the metal support so returned it to the dealer for a full refund. I gave it three stars because the stand had potential of being exactly what I was looking for but could get the mast attached. The dealer was good to work with, no problems there.

Easy to Use
I have not used it but a couple times. It seems to work as I wanted it too. Instruction are not very good. It explained how to put it together but I did not know if the spring at the top was part of the threading of the thread. I found a video on another stand that showed me the spring at the top was for holding threads.

wish there was something better out there
Kind of cheep and flimsy...wish there was something better out there. Lots of tangled thread, and when I try to use the eye and the coil, thread doesn't move. Could be better quality or better instructions.

Super Easy to Assemble; Super Easy to Use
This product was super easy to assemble; directions were not really needed as following the picture on the box really says it all. If you can use a Phillips screwdriver you can assemble this quickly as it only has one screw and the rest of the product snaps or slides together. Works like a dream and guides through from the spools to the machine without a hitch. Sewing, quilting or machine embroidery - this is a great product.I was surprised to find a quite a bit of loose sand in the package with the base (apparently the base is filled with sand to weight it). I am attributing this to contracture of the plastic in the cold weather because it has been very cold here. It doesn't seem to be leaking sand now - I will watch it though because sand is the last thing I want in my expensive sewing/embroidery machine.

the 20 spool thread stand
I am confused on the 20 spool holder, my 10 spool is great, but the 20 spool, does not show how to thread it and I put all 20 spools of thread on it and my threads keep getting tangled up and wrapping around the spindles at the top, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or maybe the company can send some instructions on how it show run through each hole without all threads getting tangled up thanks Linda Berry

This is the best accessory ever for my Brother PE770'\
This is the best accessory ever for my Brother PE770'\. I only run 1 color of thread through the top while I am embroidering. I lay out all my thread on the other spindles. It is a simple and fast way of organizing a project. It has made a huge difference in my thread unwinding and running through my machine as it should. No more broken upper thread due to winding around the spool pin as the spool pin was designed sideways. Mine came in white, even though the product stated gray. I am very pleased with the white color. This is very sturdily made. It is absolutely a time saver. If you have the PE770, you need this. Save yourself the headache of broken upper thread. LOVE this product!!!!

How to interface with embroidery machine?
I have tried several methods of threading my machine while using the stand with no success. I have a Brother PE770 which gives me no trouble when using its single spool spindle but when using the 20 spool stand threading in the "normal" fashion causes the thread to break, skipping a slot causes the thread to be too loose and bunches underneath. Any advice before I return it?
