CYCLIQ Fly6 CE Strap Pack

The grip part peeled right off. That was the whole reason why I bought a replacement for.

Like another reviewer, I have had issues with the durability of this piece and had to order a replacement. I have a traditional design frame with a horizontal top tube, and I mount the light so that it is between the 2 seat stays. To install and remove the light I need to lower the mount. By being careful I have gotten reasonably good life out of the plastic coating on the inside of the strap; but now I am finding that the Velcro hooks are disintegrating, pulling out of the tape, and there are barely enough left to hold the mount in place. Cycliq really need to come up with a better solution that will attach to the bike firmly, yet be quickly removable, and sufficiently durable to last through many many install/remove cycles. Some kind of stiff rubber or plastic with a quick-release lever, perhaps? Come on, Cycliq, I know you can do better than this rinky-dink stuff!

Not at all durable. I've had the Fly 6 CE for 6 months. I use it on two bikes, moving the mount to whichever bike I'm riding that particular day. The silicone backing eventually peeled off of the Velcro. Now the mount moves around while I'm riding. It can't get a good grip on my seat post, so it's often pointed off to one side or the other.Rather than spend the money to buy new Cycliq straps for each bike, I'm buying the Barfly Tail gunner and mounting the Fly 6 CE on my seat rails.
