This came recommended by my dentist as an alternative to paying the out of pocket price of a professional mouth guard. I can see why!My kit arrived on time, and my dentist helped me with the first impression. I filled out the paperwork and put the mold in my home mailbox to be sent out the next morning. Unfortunately, the package was gone before the mail carrier came, so someone other than USPS took the package, and likely threw it away after opening it and seeing the contents. I contacted the company by email to ask if I could send a new mold in general packaging with the correct serial information, figuring I could just use the second molding set to make a new impression. Their staff reached out to me, in less than 30 minutes of me sending them a message! They offered to send out a whole new kit replacement with the same serial information, and sent it out the next business day. They also helped me with the new impression by checking pictures of the molds. I made sure time it mailed safely, and they gave confirmation when it was received. The final guard came back very quickly, and it fit very well.The material is a semi-thin harder plastic, which feels more durable than the cheap over the counter types. I must stress the importance of daily cleaning as recommended, or else you may find residue or discoloration occurring from bacteria buildup. Denture cleaning tablets work pretty well, alongside gently brushing with a separate toothbrush.Overall, 5 stars for great customer service. Their staff is very communicative and patient. The product seems to be good quality, compared to other more expensive mouth guards. The delivery was also fairly quick from my experience. Thanks for the recommendation!

I was diagnosed with TMJ a little over a year, ago. The specialist who diagnosed me said that I needed a dental guard immediately due to the symptoms I was having (I was clenching my jaw so hard in my sleep that it was building up air pressure in my skull, which was causing my eyeballs to move off balance). She said that the cheap mouth guards at the store were only for temporary use and most are not recommended for TMJ. They provided me with a really nice case that is also high quality. I was also impressed by their customer service. American DentalCraft gives you easy instructions on how to get your order processed and they make it really easy to fix mistakes during the process. I like this dental guard particularly because it's not too hard but not too soft.I recently purchased more dental guards because eventually, I did break through the first one I bought. It took me about a year and a half to break through it, which to me is evidence that the product is really good quality. My most recent order was once again processed really quickly and I would say that American DentalCraft has gotten even better with processing time and customer service.I will keep using them in the future and I would highly recommend American DentalCraft for their high quality products and very fast processing time.

Received my mouth guard and it fit really well and then within 10 days the two layers started to delaminate. i called the company no response, e-mailed the company with no response. I had no option but to return it.

I have been told for years by my dentist I needed a night guard. The office priced one for me at $500.00 I couldn’t afford that! I went to another dentist and they priced one at $300, but recommended this night guard and told me it was the SAME quality as the expensive one you buy at the office! I took the chance on this and I couldn’t be more happier! The whole process was simple and worth the money. You get two sets of putty which is awesome in case you mess up like me. I took my first impression and sent them a picture of it to see what they thought on how it looked, I wasn’t sure I did it right. They told me something had gone wrong and to try another impression with the second set of putty. I redid it again and sent them another picture and this time they said it looked great and I could send it to them in their self enclosed bag they supply. It took about two weeks from ordering it on here doing the impression, sending it to the company and getting it back. The nightguard fits perfectly and I don’t even feel that’s it in, I often forget in the morning I’m even wearing it. WORTH THE MONEY! Don’t get scammed by the ones at the dentist!

The quality is good but they are definitely to lose. I’ve been using for a little over a week now and they are just to lose. I just emailed the company that sent me the product. ***** I changed my review to 3 stars the company responded within an hour. They already sent me a new kit**** let’s see what happens
