Does it actually scrape the bottom or just close? I have things that burn right now.
I am going to use it in the uk. does a normal adaptor do the job? or i need a voltage adaptor to charge it.
If I need to use a voltage converter, what size would I need - 500w?
OK I have a 3 Gallon stock pot, the descriptions say that it will work on pots up to 8 inches tall but my stock pot is 9 inches will this work on it?

Works great no more burnt sauce

The media could not be loaded. "I recently started using the **Saki Pot Stirrer**, and it has made cooking homemade spaghetti sauce so much easier! Before, I had to stir the sauce constantly to avoid it burning on the bottom, but with this tool, that’s no longer a concern. The stirrer works efficiently, allowing my tomatoes to break down naturally while keeping everything moving. The only minor adjustment I had to make was using my immersion blender to break up some of the larger chunks, as they occasionally hit the stirrer bracket. Other than that, assembly and use are incredibly straightforward, and it has definitely saved me time and effort in the kitchen. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys making sauces or soups!"

Stirs

This works pretty well, doesn't like super thick items and the plastic stirring arms aren't suited for high temperature use but it works great for stirring any regular liquids in a pot. Clips on the side can be finicky.

This item is NOT durable and only lasted part of one day.

I finally used this gadget for the first time on Thanksgiving even though I bought it last November. It worked for part of the day but before I could finish cooking, it quit working. I charged it again hoping it just ran out of charge but it would not work. Also it was making a noise like it was straining to work. While it was working, it was awesome, saving me a lot of time. I do not recommend this because $65 is a lot of money to only be able to use it once.

Hello my review on the saki auto stiring device

So it's a sturdy device. It's not bad in construction. It's very slow stiring that is done automatically. It gets the job done. If you want more stir force you need to put glass cups on the folding part or a sheet of Tupperware or something food grade. Aluminum foil might work. You'll get more surface area on the stew or soup when it's rotating to perform a good stir. A good idea for a hard flavor infusion is to leave the stir on with the bigger surface area mixer and have anchored surface area resistance on the edge of your pots inside. It will mix things up more. It'll cause a slow area in flow and a faster flow area. It does adjust speed. Not mine so much anyway. There are arrow buttons but they don't make speed to much different. I wanted it to be like a cement mixer lol. Some hard work makes it really tasty but splashing and puré might happen lol.

Very Loud but it works so well

It is loud many have made mention of that and it's definitely true. However it is without a doubt the best working pot stirrer I have ever used. Many of the other could barely stir water or had collapsing arms that barely mixed the center of the pot this one has no problem with even the thickest stews or chilies I have used it on. Even things like hotdogs and pork & beans ( one of the kids favorites) was easily no match for this stirrer. I would happily purchase another if this one ever died.

Not for all kind of liquids

It works fine for low-density liquids, such as soups, stews and more water-based mixtures, but when it comes to other more dense mixtures, like bechamel sauce, it is not efficient and probably does not have enough power to avoid constant supervision and manual whisking and stirring. Didn't work for what I wanted.

SAKI Automatic Pot Stirrer is Very Efficient

SAKI Automatic Pot Stirrer is by far the best pot stirrer I have had over the years. It is very durable, and highly efficient. It continues a steady and reliable stirring rotation that contributes to the efficient mixing of the liquid be stirred. There are two strong clip-on devices that safely secure the stirrer to the pot being used to stir the liquid. The clean-up is quick and easy and there is no mess. The stirrer itself is rechargeable and includes two speeds for your needs. I highly recommend this SAKI Automatic Pot Stirrer to those folks having a need need to save time, while at the same time providing outstanding mixing of the liquid be stirred. A+++.

For coffee, it's good while it works. Great idea, bad execution

Speaking specifically for coffee roasting/cooling it's a fantastic idea to dump beans and use this for stirring to emulate the cooling trays of much larger machines, however this does have some issues. Unfortunately I'm just outside of the return/exchange window, but the item has died by not holding a charge. Initially it could run for about 30 minutes, now it doesn't even hit 5 minutes per charge. The biggest issue for me personally is that there is no passthrough usage, so I can't just plug this in and run it straight from the wall charger. I really liked it, but it's unfortunate that I'll already need to find some way to make the whole set up work other than intended. If it was working and/or had passthrough usage it would be a no brainer 5 stars for me, but because of the controller dying already it gets 2 stars. I had higher hopes.
