This is my all time favorite pre workout, I take every day!! It doesn’t give my hands that tingly feeling or any jitters! But it gives me so much energy, doesn’t leave me feeling bloated! And tastes AMAZING!!!!

Love this product! Have been using it for 10+ years now for working out or just a “pick me up.” No jitters or feeling itchy using it, plus the flavors are great!

This is an excellent replacement for any coffee drinker. Don’t worry about the strawberry flavoring as it’s mild but still pretty tasty one just drinking with water. This product has allowed me to feel energized in the morning without the nausea of coffee in my stomach. It’s not quite as powerful as a pre-workout, it’s about as powerful as a cup of coffee. I like to split the dose in half so that I can take one earlier in the day and one later in the day so I don’t feel over caffeinated. The price is right and I save money not buying Starbucks.

I’ve bought a lot of supplements that I never end up using, but I knew I wasn’t getting enough Amino Acids, so I bought this just to see if I could stick to it. For the past two weeks I’ve been mixing two scoops of the strawberry flavor with a vanilla flavored collagen/MCT powder along with skim milk and drinking it for breakfast. It’s like a light strawberry milkshake, and I can tell the difference in my energy levels and general well-being. I’ve started craving it a little at night (like right now, while writing this review), but I’ll just look forward to drinking it the next morning because of the caffeine content. I used to struggle to find something healthy to eat in the mornings, and heavy foods in the mornings have always bothered my stomach, so it’s been great to experiment and find a combo that works for me. I might start adding some vanilla protein powder to increase the calories, so that it keeps me full longer. Already I’m okay until about 11:00 am, but I have a heavy work schedule and I’m often out of the office at that time and unable to find anything other than fast food (which I gave up a while ago), so I’ll experiment a little more and see if I can make it so it’s a solid breakfast on days when I know I won’t have a chance to eat again until noon or 1:00 am and have meetings or presentations where it would be awkward for me to pull out a snack, which is most days. I’ll definitely purchase this again.

This is a great quality product. My physical trainer can tell my pre workout is helping in my sessions effectiveness and my drive is so much better with high energy sessions
