Good product in terms of value for money. Little undecided about this brand of Vegan Omega 3+ and the quality. The packaging does not say organic and if it is then the labelling is unclear. I can only presume it means it is not since it has not stated which is important to me. Whereas Organic products usually means it is non GMO, but it is not the same visa versa. Although it says no GMO, sustainable, pure etc which is great - for this reason I gave it 4 stars - as it ticks most of those boxes but that does mean organic. Unlikely to buy again for this reason.

I've been taking these for several months now on and off. I can definitely tell the difference when I take them regularly; I have more energy and focussing is less strenuous.I wanted a fish free omega supplement as I read studies that supported its benefits for people with ADHD. Really happy with this brand and product. Cool packaging, from what I've read the brand have good ethics and the squishy capsules are easy to take. Highly recommend.

I like them but I’m trying something else now.

Easy to swallow

So far this seems to be working well. I'm feeling better already only been taking it a few days and headache is gone, tummy feels better too. Will keep this going to see if it helps my joints too. Totally vegan which is important to me.
