Stitch Kittens Zippy Plush Figure, White/Black

My wonderful family - a cadet branch of the Addamses, I'm pretty sure - has a tradition called 'the Spookies'. We have a collection of bizarre and gothic plush toys, to which we add at least one every Halloween and others at random times to celebrate various family events. I found the Stitch Kittens collection some time back, and fell in love. Zippy was a gift to myself to celebrate the beginning of my final semester of college. Zippy fits right in with our other Spookies, and I'm very pleased with the quality. It's much bigger than I expected, easily twice the size of the standard Ty Beanie Boos that share the shelf. Despite its deliberately coarse appearance, the fabric and stuffing are soft and durable, and the stitching is solid. A round bit of what feels like either sturdy cardboard or slightly flexible plastic is used in place of the standard polymer beads to flatten the base for shelf-sitting - it helps to keep the cone-shaped body... well, cone-shaped. Which is all part of Zippy's charm. All in all, I'm very pleased with Zippy and look forward to collecting more of the Stitch Kittens for our darkling plush throng!

This little one is super cute and we'll made. I like that her bottom is flat and stable so she can sit without falling over. Also like that you can position the arms. I got this as a surprise for my daughter who had never seen it before, and she is in love with it and can't wait to collect the rest of the kittens.

Bought for a gift, they loved it!

My boyfriend bought me two of the Stitch Kittens I really wanted. The first one to arrive was Zippy. She's so cute and is the perfect size of not too big or too small. I can't wait to get Miko which will arrive soon.
