Is the wrap made of neoprene?

No the wrap is made of nylon, foam,and polyester. It is well made with three straps provided. I'm using it for rotator cuff surgery and it's terrific

Is it normal to have condensation on the pad at times? How can I fix this issue?

Ensure that when you plug/attach the bladder pad to the tubing that it is in securely and the tubing is straight. Sometimes if the shirt you are wearing can be too heavy and cause condensation. It is best to wear a tee shirt and keep the I e machine on for only 15-20 minutes.

How is the unit powered ?

The AIS3.0 system is powered by a 120/240 VAC 50/60 Hz Adapter converting to 12 VDC for the AIS operation

Can it be used on foot after surgery?

Hi, We make a specific therapy pads that will work for the foot. We make a standard foot pad, a large foot pad, and our universal pad will work on a foot as well. We'd recommend purchasing one of those systems for the foot and not the knee system. Thank you,
