The design team at Velocio knows that a proper vest is not to be ignored, especially during those early and late season rides when the weather does what it pleases. That's why they designed their Wind Vest to be protective, comfortable, and filled with functional details, yet still be light enough to pack down in a pocket when the skies clear up. This lightweight vest was constructed using a technical windproof and water-resistant synthetic fabric throughout, which effectively blocks those chilling winds from reaching your core. A smooth, drop-tail paneling design was used for the back, serving to provide adequate coverage while in the cycling position. Contoured mesh panels were also inserted, adding stretch and aiding in breathability. The result is a superlight outer layer that keeps your torso shielded from icy air and light rain. For complete protection from the elements, Velocio included a tall, weather-resistant collar as well as a protective hem and arm openings. To secure and transport your valuables and ride essentials, the vest includes three rear cargo pockets. Velocio also integrated reflective accents throughout the vest for a touch of added visibility in low-light conditions.
