So I bought the 12x16 inch board in walnut. $107 with shipping. First, the walnut is NOT as shown in ALL of this sellers walnut examples including other designs. It's plain walnut and has no light and dark contrast like all the pics shown. Pic's are of select grade walnut which is NOT what you will receive. Second, the dimensions are undersized by 1/4" on length & width. Third, the lettering for the message we wanted on the back side is not perfectly parallel with the bottom edge of the board. It's off by 1/8" from one end to the other. Do I expect perfection? Hell YES when this small piece of engraved wood cost me over $100! I'm sorry but this is just sloppy workmanship and not acceptable when you're paying this much for a piece of wood. And on top of this it's made and shipped from Ukraine which it does not say on Amazon. Lastly and maybe this is insignificant to some, but the wood is not finished and not exactly ready for finishing. I needed to sand both sides and all edges before finishing. If this were a $30 item I would not be surprised at the poor work detail, but for over $100 I expect an item that looks similar to what is pictured, and the quality of detail to be spot on. This board is a far cry from that. The stand included for an additional $9.99 is a cheap black wire stand, so if you want a nice stand buy one elsewhere. Overall this is just poor sloppy workmanship and NOT worth the top dollar price..Avoid this seller if you expect high quality.

They contacted me with a mock up prior to cutting and I was able to make a change to the wording. Upon receipt of the cutting board, I was very happy with the results...the wood is gorgeous and the laser cutting pristine. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas gift!

Beautiful quality

I ordered a cutting board and had it engraved for my parents 60 th anniversary. I loved the picture of the dark and light wood and went with this company thinking that was the board I would receive. Soooo disappointed!!! It came in the mail and was ordinary all light wood with no uniqueness. Now I am not sure what to do.

This item was a gift and it hit a home run. Well done
