Very disappointed
Very disappointed in this product. The tablets are ao poorly compressed that most of them broke up into powder during shipping. The ones that held up do seem to work but are less effective than other antacids.

Very good product, poor packaging
The product works, so I'm happy to go with 5 stars for that alone. However, I must say something about the packaging. All of the pills in the first bottle I received were badly battered and chipped from being very loosely packaged. They'd been battered so much there was a thick pile of residue pill dust at the bottom of the bottle. I was happy to see that my second bottle was more in tact, so the tie will be broken with the next bottle I get.

Product does nothing to help with symptoms of acid stomach. Many tablets arrived partially crushed.Can’t recommend buying this useless product.

Great for reflux and acid issues
My family have been using these for months now. I honestly have to say they work better then any other quick acting over the counter stuff for reflux/acid. It also helps with stomach issues. We like it so much we have subscribed to it.
