The Handy Science Answer Book (The Handy Answer Book Series) Paperback – April 1, 2011

My 11-year old son loves reading, but usually he is only interested in adventure and fantacy fictions. I got him several of the handy answer books. He loves them, especially the Science answer books. He reads it at dining table and in bathroom and in bed. He carries it to school and discuss it with his teachers. His teachers told me he is much more active and shows more interest in discussions in class than before. I really loves this book.

I got my first edition of the Handy Science Answer Book when I was 8. I just got the new one and it's just as engaging and informative as the first one. Whenever I have a science question, I go right to this text for the answer. For someone with an insatiable curiosity, this is the book to have!

Great resource to have around the house or the classroom when information is needed! Priced well and content is interesting. Try it!

Good book for browsing or just looking up a specific science fact.I ordered two copies and was disappointed that one of them arrived with the cover bent backwards (diagonally down the front cover).
