The media could not be loaded.  I really like this bell and would even recommend it as a gift. The bell my family used as a sick-call had been misplaced and this bell is perfect for it. The “clang” is loud enough, but not obnoxiously so. It’s obviously made of some type of cast bronze material, not a fancy china or ceramic, but it’s extremely useful and will not easily break, so I’d give it as a gift to anyone bed-ridden or s laryngitis, etc. Heck, it could be used to call I really like this bell and would even recommend it as a gift. Gave this to a friend for Christmas last year and she was over the moon with happiness. It was something she always wanted but would never purchase for herself. Says she feels like royalty every time she rings it.

It looked exactly like the picture. We need it for an Elderly family member to let us know when something is needed. She also has rheumatoid arthritis in her hands and her fingers are unstable and can't it heavy objects. This was perfect and quit pretty to look at. It's loud and sturdy but not heavy

I ordered this for a wedding. The bell is beautiful. Thankfully I ordered early because the clapper on the bell broke as soon as I took it out of the box. A replacement was sent to me and worked wonderfully for the wedding.

Just received the bell a few minutes ago. It’s already broken. The chime on the inside fell out. It was held by safety pin. I wanted to add a picture but was not given the option.

It looked beautiful and antique very unique I had to assemble it though and it wasn’t easy I expected it to come already assembled. I had to figure out how to attach the ball in the top

My daughter has been begging for a bell for about a year. She asked Santa for a bell, and I have to say the old coot delivered!It’s beautiful, well made and has a nice sound.Update: the clacker and handle are held together by an extremely thin safety pin. It has fallen apart six or seven times. The safety pin is extremely hard to re-attach due to how thin and shallow it is and for the same reason falls apart very easily.

Love this bell. Got it for a sick friend. She loves it. But her husband says he's going to make me pay. It's all in fun. He really appreciates the rumor and the fact that the 3 of us are still laughing about the reason behind buying it. . All kidding aside try this bell is absolutely gorgeous. Well made and beautifully carved.
