Fashion through the roof
A bit expensive but it is the stuff you need. Used it to seal the roof seams on a mobile home. It stopped the leak. And seems to be holding well. It goes on thin and seeps into any gaps to fill them. And drives to almost a rubber Substance. I would recommend a foam brush to apply. And latex gloves, this stuff sticks to anything. It gets on and won't come off.

Works very well!
This stuff is amazing! I bought it because I had a couple of leaks in my roof and had to put off replacing the roof until next year. I bought the six - one quart pack because I wasn't sure how much I would use, and I figured the extra cost vs. the two gallon option would be worth it since I didn't know how well the gallons would store. I planned on using a stiff brush, but I had a few 2 inch foam brushes on hand so I tried those and they worked fine. I used one full quart on asphalt shingles to cover a hole and then went over some cracking. I would say I covered 2-4 square feet, and I was using it liberally. The foam brush was spent after the quart. I wore nitrile gloves and clothes that I didn't care about getting ruined. I can't speak to what it's like trying to get it off clothes or body because I managed not to get any on myself. It was a warm day (around 75ยฐF) and the sealant was very easy to use. The consistency is hard to describe...the foam brush had no problem dunking into the sealant, and when it came out of the jar it wanted to drip off slightly, but when I put it onto the roof (even big globs of it) it didn't run down at all. It rained about three hours later and the leaking was gone! I have found other uses for this as well. I have replaced the caulking around my tub to shower walls way too may times so I used this (very well ventilated) and it's working great. Great product. Highly recommend!

Amazingly easy to apply (I'm a 62 year old Grandmother)
Here in Florida, we've gone through some extreme temperature variations within short periods of time as well as experienced some seriously hard thunderstorms. Several leaks in the seams of our attached Sun Room's metal roof developed. After spending too much money on lap seal and caulking, and with only temporary success, I came across this Through The Roof. Amazingly easy to apply (I'm a 62 year old Grandmother). I used on old clean paint brush and kind'a of sloshed it on the seams. It's thick, sticky and gooey so plan on tossing the brush. I also wore old gloves because this stuff sticks like a commercial glue. The Through the Roof has continued to work as advertised and our Sun Room is once again a livable space. I would recommend purchasing this product in one quart containers unless there are several of you working from the gallon size at the same time. It becomes thicker in the can the longer it is exposed. I found that working with one quart at a time allowed me to make good use of the entire contents while protecting the rest in the unopened cans until needed. Also, be advised that if you've previously caulked trying to stop the leak, the caulking has to come off before the Through the Roof is applied. It was no fun removing all my prior caulking, but so worth for the final result. I think this product is amazing and does what it claims. For those who complain that it's difficult to apply, I have to say that you need to put on your big boy panties and use Through the Roof to stop that leak!

Worked perfectly.
I used this to patch little cracks in my waterfall. It worked like a charm. No more leaks. I'll have to do it again next yr because of the freeze and thaw cycle. I bought a 6 pack. Recommended.

... source of the leak and researched what was my best option. I ordered this product and it came ...
I found the source of the leak and researched what was my best option. I ordered this product and it came quickly but I live in Wisconsin, it was mid November, temps were already in the 40s so I was worried about how it would go down. I applied it to the roof on a 40 deg day, it was a little hard to work with and I was conserned it would not work but its now April, NO MORE LEAKS. I will perform a proper repair ounce the temps gets better but for now this stuff works.
