instructions are not clear and has very low output

The only complain I have about this product is that the included transformer is complete garbage, I can't pull even 0.5amps from it without having it heat up a lot and start making noise. I'm giving it 3 stars because you get a lot of parts and even a laser cut frame for a very low price. Despite the fact that the transformer is cheap, it works, and you can use this power supply for small projects without any issue.

The title says that it runs on 110V but the unit requires 220V as seen in the details. I have 110V and can only get a max of ~5.5VDC output. I'm giving it 2 stars because you get a cheap little power source that's fun to build for your bench but it was advertised inaccurately.
