Upgraded the kitchen and now have a professional 6 burner stove but was having trouble finding a grill/griddle/flat-top that would fit and function. FOUND IT. Fits perfectly over two burners either front to back, or side to side. So check that box. Heat distribution - follow the instructions and heat the pan slowing with even burners and this functions just like a flat top. and since I seasoned it, this cleans up just like my cast iron pans. The wife was a little concerned when she saw the blackened finish, but she loves the results!

I had been looking for a carbon steel griddle for stove top and pellet grill use…. This is great, and with a price point that makes it fantastic for the abuse of the grill/smoker. I wanted one that would cover two burners for stove top… only thing I might do differently is to get one a little wider

Great griddle. Big enough to cover 2 burners on high end gas stoves. works very well. We had a 6 burner stove, now it is a 4 burner stove with a griddle

I was looking for an oversized griddle & the size is perfect, but the heat distribution could be better because it's not even. This griddle is heavy. All in all it does the job for the proce paid.

This is a nice weight and covers two commercial burners perfectly. One side runs hotter than the other, but I just adjust the burner on that side a little lower when I'm cooking.

This thing is beefy and works great.

The media could not be loaded. Like the title says, my was warped out of the box. I have a 48 inch bluestar and when i put the griddle on the stove it would wobble. I had already cleaned off the protective film and oiled it for its first cure when i noticed this so i figured i would season it with the hopes it would relax and sit flat.I heated it on two equal 15 k burners set to low. It took about 15 minutes to heat up and begin to smoke. I worked the oil around to all of the edges and rubbed it out some with paper towels. As i was working the oil i discovered i could effortlessly spin the griddle. I let it cool on the stove top. After it cooled, no more spinning, just back to rocking/wobbling.I cooked pancakes and grilled cheese with it and both times when the griddle gets hot it warps up and spins on the stoveAlso, i let this griddle preheat for ~15 minutes and even after that and some cooking time it still cooks uneven. (Look at the pancakes in the middle, the griddle was loaded right to left)All that said, if you have a light weight stove top, maybe the weight of the griddle will settle it and not rotate about the center. For ~100$ i expected moreI could only upload one video so i used the one of the griddle spinning, when the griddle is cold, it will not slide/spin at all.
