Rabbits (Animal Planet Pet Care Library)

The author gives a good basic overview for owning a pet rabbit. I have to admit, the book was a bit brief and a lot of time was spent on extraneous information, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. I felt better bringing home our bunny having read this.

Love these books I bought the guinea pig one too years ago great for kids and adults getting a new pet and want information on them.

I bought this book for my son and my 7 year old granddaughter as they just got a pet rabbit. Lots of info packed into this book and I feel assured bunny will be taken care of. Loved the tip on spaying/neutering bunny and have found a vet early on to do so.

It gave a lot of information about the care of rabbits. I got it for my classroom library so the students can learn about their class pet. It is a high enough reading level to challenge them. I loved learning more about bunnies!

This book is a great reference. But, the real value in this book is the page of food items toxic to domestic rabbits. Because of that page we call this book the Bunny Bible. (NOTE: We have been rabbit owners since 2006.)

Very informative book. Had a very nice overall coverage of rabbits, and very easy to follow. Would be great for kids learning about rabbits or adults just trying to learn something new!

Bought this book for my niece who just purchased a house rabbit, great learning tool.
