Hello, is this product flammable? i'm wondering if i'll be allowed to keep it in my checked-baggage when i leave the states.

It may not catch fire (I don't know enough about the product to say), but it will likely stain clothing (pants, shirts, etc.) if it comes in contact with same. Can i use it to drill hole in a stone?

no. you will need an impact hammer drill and a hardened impact bitas the hole is made by pounding the stone into dust
