The Sweet Pepper of Altino is a product recognized by the Abruzzo region and included in the list of typical traditional products. Aca agrolearia is Slow Food Presidium. The Presidia are Slow Food projects that protect small quality productions to be safeguarded, realized according to traditional practices. The company produces quality products thanks to the cold production line for the milling of olives and to the cleaning, drying and packaging plant of the sweet pepper of Altino that it owns. It operates throughout the supply chain: from the cultivation, selection, transformation, packaging and marketing of products in order to guarantee the traceability and quality of the raw materials used.
