Wild Bird Utterly peanut butterly feeder (jar not included) Specifically designed for jars of utterly peanut butterly treat for birds, but may also accept other wild bird peanut butter jars. Constructed from sustainably sourced timber. Remove lid and simply slide jar of peanut butter into the feeder and secure with hinged tabs. Wearing gloves, you should clear away stale food periodically and clean feeders and feeding areas with a dilute (5%) disinfectant solution to prevent bacterial or fungai growth which could be harmful to birds. Rinse off any excess disinfectant with water. Ensure a supply of fresh water is always available for drinking and bathing. Hang feeder from a hook, bird feeding station or a branch in a safe location out of reach of predators and close enough (2m) to cover.

Worth buying
The item is colourful but not sure whether the birds will appreciate it or not! I put it out within one day of receipt. It became apparent quite quickly that the string tied to it was too long causing it twirl around on the hook. By the time I got to it the next day, all the birds could see was the back of the item. This issue is easily resolved though either by reducing the amount of string or by hanging it over the top of the feeder pole so the back rests on the pole itself leaving the food visable for the birds to eat.I suffer with greedy pigeons and thrushes. This item is suitable for smaller birds but would be difficult for the larger birds to perch on it so that is a definite plus point. The price is also very reasonable. Definitely, worth buying as the only negative point that I have seen can be easily fixed.

Very well made but rather heavy to hang on some branches. To be honest prefer plastic one.

Poor quality.
Poor quality product.The paint is not sealed or waterproof so as soon as it rained the paint ran ruining the look of this otherwise attractive item as per the photographs. Photos taken 2 days after product was placed on bird feeder.
