I've done research before purchasing this glue gun kit from Amazon since the previous one ended its life. I used to burn my fingers numerous times when used the previous glue gun; therefore, safety is the number one key element for me. I am pleased with this purchase, the glue gun kit has many items, such as glue sticks, a tweezer, a good size mouse pad, finger caps, and a carry case just like what's posted on the site. The glue gun has an on & off switch, which it can be left on the plug when not in use (be sure to turn the switch off) without worrying of overheat. What I like the most is, it comes with finger caps, so I am not afraid of being burned while wearing it. Mostly, it is easy & safe to use, it does the work. With a portable case, I can keep stuffs neatly and carry it anywhere I go. I give it a 5 stars and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I didn't realize how light and flimsy this was when I ordered it. And to be honest, I picked it because it came with a case an I keep all my tools in cases so teenagers don't see 'low hanging fruit'. I have used it about six times because it is functional. But, I wish I would have bought a better one - better meaning "heavier". I can say honestly, it does heat well and cools quickly. I drilled out my daughter's plastic molded moose and replaced it's springy head. And, the gun performed as good as a heavier one. Nonetheless, the next time I need more glue, Ill just buy a better gun that is larger and more secure in my hands. FYI, I wear large-sized women's gloves with size 7 ring. I don't have dainty hands. But, in no way are they large, like men's hands. One word I will say. I love the mat that comes with the gun. It makes a cute CUTE mouse pad and is larger than most mouse pads. I use it on my office desk. When using the gun, I use an old dishtowel for drips. So, lets see heavier plastic for the case of the gun and a little larger case for storage of the glue sticks so they just don't rattle around the gun. OH, and one more thing, pitch the finger rubbers. Silly. I value the mousepad over the finger rubbers and would prefer a more professional case. this looks more like a pencil box I had in 6th grade.

The case keep everything together and make it easy for storage. Compare to other glue guns that I have used in the past, this one is nicer because it has an on and off button and a little gadget that you can have it stand up. The mat and tweezer is a plus for small projects, they make cleanup a breeze.

I was supposed to finish my projects there at the store, but the glue gun there was just terrible and even the store person couldn’t get it to work. Then I decided to come home and give my brand new glue gun a try.It was very easy to use, and I was surprised to see how many accessories came with the glue gun at such a good price. Definitely worth it!

I dont do a lot of crafts that require glue gun so i didnt want to spend a lot of money and this kit couldnt be better for the price. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the items are obviously very cheaply made but defanitly could have been worse considering the price. If you only plan to use this once defanitly a good choice. If you plan to use it a lot i DEFANITLY recomend looking for a guy that is heavier. this one doesnt like to stand on its own but will with a bit of care. the case and mat were defanitly a VERY NICE bonus.

The carrying case & mat is what sold this glue gun for me. Everything fits neatly, compactly inside the case. The gun is nothing special...just your average gun that smells a little funky the first few times...but worked well enough for me. The gun has no special features and actually squirts glue without pulling the trigger (like when I'm pushing the new glue stick through with the left-overs of the previous one)...which every glue gun I've had has done. Good value for the money.

This is the greatest hot glue gun I have ever used. I have been making arts and crafts for over 55 years and have been through many glue guns and this one beats them all. I love the finger protectors, the on/off switch and the small size. Fast shipment, excellent seller. Will do business again.
