Confusing description!!
NOT SUPPORT LIGHTNING HEADPHONES & SYNC-THROUGH: Not compatible with iPhone lighting headphone and Apple Airpods, wireless Bluetooth headphone accessories are ok.The pictorial clearly states it IS compatible with lighting, but the above description as copied directly, states otherwise??

Good grip and charges as advertised
Started using this case today. It charges as advertised, and uses lightning port to charge itself.If you want to charge both the phone case and the phone you cannot use the larger usb-c chargers, you must use the regular usb charger which is fine.Pros - good grip like most other iPhone X charging cases, came almost fully charged, has a lip to protect screen, very simple to operate - hold down button for 2-3 secs, lights come on & charging starts, and unbranded - no weird logos on back.Cons- slow charging speed - both input and output charging speed as slow. Gets it done, but takes a while. Equals the speed of the small usb charger that the iPhone comes with, which is slow. Also is thick but all battery cases have been with the iPhone X and newer with no larger companies supporting with cases.It exactly what I expected it to be and does exactly as its advertised to do- no surprises that will disappoint. Just don’t expect fast charging.

Used it for more than one week. It charges my phone as advertised and uses lightning port to charge itself. Pros - good grip. came almost fully charged and very easy to use it - just hold down the button for 2~3 secondsCons - The case supports magnetic holder. The backside is magnetic. What's more, the case is no bulkness, slim, lightweight.This is exactly what I expected. Love this product.

Excellent battery case!
Excellent product. It comes with an English manual and the package is also very nice. The case wroks pretty well till now. 4000mAh capacity is enough for iphone xs max charging. It is also very easy to use it. Just press down the backside button for 2~3 seconds, then it works. It also support a magnetic holder, however, I think it is better in a good road condition. Like this product!

Fits perfectly. Case protects phone and screen very well. Rubber like finish feels very safe in the hand. Hope it lasts long.
