The Bible in the Light of Our Redemption: Basic Bible Course Paperback – March 1, 1989

This book is a great read. My husband is a pastor and he uses it for reference and illustrations.

A very good book to study along with the bible. This book helps you understand the scriptures more as you study.

I wish I could find a church here in the US where what's in the book is taught. Unfortunately churches are either far left or far right these days.I recommend this book to any serious minded Christian

I love that the book is large size (8x10 at least).I can handle it well and the print is excellent (looks like 14 font).Easy to read, understand and use. Good product.

Despite the title, this is not a "Basic" Bible Course. I have read many of Kenyon's books and skipped this one because of the "Basic". Having purchased this book for a new believer I thought I better read it myself. How I have been humbled. Kenyon had a remarkable anointing and a great depth to his understanding of God's Word. The teaching you will encounter is uncomplicated yet so insightful that new revelation will be opened to you. It is a must have!

I was truly, truly blessed by my Father, in that when He called me to walk with Him in March 2008, He led me to this book. I will say that beyond a doubt there is no other study guide that will lay the foundation needed most for not just walking as Christ did, but continuing to. I have learned, by the foundation my Father provided in this book, to stand through the most horrific time of my life. It took everything in me to be utterly destroyed, and it was worth it. E.W. Kenyon was blessed beyond measure with the deep things of the Word, and what the Holy Spirit led him to see in revelation was nothing short of Jesus. I commend ANYONE who whole-heartedly commits their heart to what is held in these pages. It will take everything you have being destroyed to receive this truth, but once you do, you truly will have a foundation firmly set that will never be moved.

Kenyon sees Christ as seated on the Throne of David, not an infant in a manger, not a figure on the Cross, not a resurrected good man, but the Divine Son of God, seated in authority at the right hand of God as the Zeal of the Lord makes His enemies his footstool. Kenyon also demands that Christians think. If you do not want to THINK, I recommend that you avoid him and take an easier route. He will challenge you to read your Bible and DO what it says. E.W. Kenyon helped train Kenneth E. Hagin [according to Hagin], whose ministry influenced Kenneth and Gloria Copeland. In my opinion, Kenyon's writing is not for insincere faith.
