Gordon Parks: Collected Works: Study Edition Hardcover – May 23, 2017

As a long time Buyer on Amazon and other similar sites, I am rarely impressed. I received my purchase promptly and it was EXACTLY as described. Equally as important to a book collector like myself, the product was given such care in the packaging. At least 3 heavy duty cartons were used to send a very heavy NEW 5 volume set that came in MINT condition.I give this Seller an A++++. THANK YOU!

Very comprehensive collection of Gordon Parks work. Make sure you order this by itself. Just the one box containing this collection is very heavy.

The photo books arrived in a timely fashion, and were well wrapped for shipment. The photo books provide a visual historical perspective on Afro-American history.

Great set of books. I particularly liked the combination of seeing the photographs collected in the first four volumes and then embedded in the stories in the last.

I browsed the five books. I am actually reading the first one. I rarely mention this in a critic, but I must say that I never received books so well packed and protected. If I recount well, they were packed in three boxes, each book individually paper-wrapped. The excellent photographs are professionally printed on high quality paper. A beautiful set worthy of this great photographer. You can buy in confidence.

A must have in your library. Can't say more than that.
