PEX Manifold Radiant Floor Heating Set 3 Loop System Stainless Steel Heated Hydronic Heating For 1/2" Oxygen Barrier Tubing

Perfect, perfect, and perfect. All the features of the units costing 5X higher. My work just installed a huge building using radiant floor. Several sections of the building used a 3 loop manifold. When I asked what those cost, I nearly gave up installing my own system. Once I found this brand, and held up the units side by side, I knew it was a purely profit based difference in cost. These are the exact same systems that you'll pay hundreds more for. Exact. From the gaskets to the temperature gauges...EXACT. SAME. THING. Follow the instructions, use the entire roll of tape they send with it. (or buy a higher quality roll and use a bit less...this is pretty thin teflon tape) But it worked perfectly for what I was needing.This cost difference let me add another feature to my system that it'll be maintenance proof, even for the next owner of this place.Don't balk at a low price. This is the real deal. If you want to spend 4X more, go for it. Or you could buy this one and put that money towards something else in the system.

Parts of this manifold are chromed brass (the valves on either side). This does not bother me, but if your wrench slips, the chrome peels off. Boxed very well, but description says it is all assembled and ready to go. This is not exactly true. The parts need to be assembled and tightened, then pressure tested. I spent a couple of hours assembling and pressure testing the manifold before attaching to the final location, but am having trouble getting a seal on the 1" threaded female ends. Could be the chromed threads since they are not smooth. Attempting with more tape to try and get a seal for inspection. If the valves were actually SS, I would give it 5 stars.

Excellent value on 2 loop manifold for $99. Instructions are poor. Flow controls on flow meter dont seem to work (remove red cover, rotate flowmeters, replace red cap), but its possible my flow is too low to read. Really good quality. No leaks anywhere. Packed extremely well. No instructions on how to use air bleeders or balancing valves (white knobs).

It's working in my shop now with no problems after one month of use.

Received the manifold and the 1" NPT Shut-Off Ball Valves (Red/Blue) have threads on the female side that are not compatible with any standard fitting , I suspect the threads are 1" NPS rather than the stated NPT. The manifold did not come with an adapter to connector and nothing on the shelf anywhere threads in. I have a question into the seller, but I am screwed here as my heating is off and this is holding me up. I may have to return this order and be inconvenienced further. I will update this review in the future. I can NOT recommend buying this unit

Installs easily. Works like a charm. My shop is warm...and I am happy.

Seems to work just fine for my new boiler installation. Not top-of-the-line unit for sure, but it does what I needed it to do.
