Works, what else is there to say?
It works perfect for the use I needed it for. The batteries are a little loose in the unit, but it works if you put it out of reach of children and don't bump it. If your remote is sporadically not charging, give this a try to charge a second battery outside the remote control itself as a backup. Before getting this, we had problems with the remote not charging in the cradle and as you settle down with your popcorn and fine red wine, settling down to watch the first episode of Game of Thrones (or your favorite) show, and just as you click on the button, your remote dies, you are going to wish you had this unit next to you. I had to pull this out in just such an emergency with a fully charged battery. 30 seconds later, I was enthralled in Westeros, and you can be too!

Works well
Works. Only issue is we have to take the battery out of the universal remote to charge it and it's hard for my eldery parents to do this. I do it so it's not an issue. But would have been better if it plugged into the universal remote and charged that way.

Charger works with the two batteries we purchased along with the charger. So far so good. Previous batteries and charger purchased at brick and mortar "Battery +" store failed after second use.

Short battery charge.
This battery charger does charge the batteries, but since the battery charge only lasts a few days, I am not sure if it's the batteries (3) or the charger. My previous charger charged my previous battery for over a month, with daily use.

I have had the remote control for 6 years. The plug in chargers stopped working so I got this and it works great.

Savior for our Surround Sound
The charger for our Universal MX880 stopped working and I thought we were sunk. Then I found this little guy. This along with an extra battery keep my hubby happy 24/7.

Works great!
This is so much better than an adapter which seems to break every few months. I just bought an extra battery and so I can rotate them out as one dies. I have four Universal remotes.

Perfect
After months of looking if the power cord for our remote with no luck, I ordered this battery charger. It charges quickly and I am so glad to be able to use the remote again!
