Krayney Tactical 1" 1.25" Extended Opening Heavy Clips Hooks Snap

I used these to make a custom sling for my PTR91.They function fine and seem well built enough to get the job done.I have never held an authentic surplus German sling so I dont know how these compare quality-wise. I chose to make my own sling since the used surplus slings are hard to find and cost the same (if not more) than making your own sling.

Strong spring.Stays clasped.Paint is durable. Not body armor but durable.I made small retriever leashes, that the dog will wear while retrieving after sent to a bird or bumper. This includes water mud, standing vegetation, and I have yet to lose paint or a clip fall off a collar.Super happy about them.They were exactly what I was looking for.

Nice clasps, especially for the money. The locks are easy to use and seem sturdy. Not sure how much weight these handle, but if you're just using them for a sling, they'll do the job well.

The main body of the clip is made of aluminum and does not wear well against the objects they are clipped to. The paint chips fairly easily.I wish the entire clip was made of steel as the clip would be significantly stronger and far more durable.

These were packaged in (what appeared to be) a recycled envelope thinly padded with shredded packing peanuts.When trying to tear open at pull string the bag instead ripped open....spreading the clingy peanut pieces everywhere.

Seem nicely built, but for 6 of them at 7.99, they should all be the same size. There was a random large mixed into the group, and one that is rusted/patina at a side weld point or something. That makes two out of six unuseable for resale.
