I used this stain for both cheek cells and onion root cells in my high school biology classroom. It was good quality and worked as expected, but was WAY cheaper than ordering from Carolina Biological or Flinn Scientific, and it arrived way faster. The blue was a nice color as seen in the picture. It stained the nuclei nicely.
