As a mom to two picky cats, I’m always careful about what I feed them, and IAMS Proactive Health Dry Cat Food, Urinary Tract Health Adult Cat Food has been one of the few dry foods they both finish without hesitation. I love that it’s formulated to support their urinary tract health and overall wellbeing, which gives me peace of mind at every meal. The real chicken flavor seems to keep them happy and satisfied, and it mixes well with wet food for variety. For the price, it’s a reliable choice that keeps my fur babies healthy and thriving.

I use this food and my cat likes it. It is the most reasonably priced urinary tract food that I know about. Since my cat hasn’t had a reoccurrence for five years, I assume this product has made a difference. I also buy the corresponding wet food and I think my cat appreciates the change up.

My cats love it, strays love it, random neighborhood cats love it. I was feeding strays on my porch, and some of the neighborhood outdoor cats started stopping by. When I switched to cheaper food, they ignored it. The minute I put a bowl of this back out, it was emptied again. A few of my cats even prefer it to wet food. This food literally keeps my cats out of the vet's office. Twice I tried switching to another food, and twice I wound up rushing my cats to the vet with a urinary blockage. I learned my lesson after the second time. They've been eating this for almost 9 years with nary an issue.

One of my cats has a urinary tract issues (crystals) so this has been a lifesaver for him. I've tried other brands, but neither he nor the other cats like them. The size of the kibble is perfect for them to grab onto. I appreciate the quality of the product; none of the cats have had any stomach issues from the food. The food stays fresh in the resealable bag and isn't stinky like some brands. I often mix the kibble with some wet food to change things up a bit.

I’ve bought this cat food multiple times now (I think I’m on my 8th bag), and it’s been consistently good. My cats actually eats it without any issues (which says a lot), and I’ve noticed fewer problems overall compared to other foods. It also doesn’t upset their stomach, which has been an issue for us in the past. Kibble size is good and the bag lasts a decent amount of time. It’s been reliable enough that I just keep reordering it.

This is the only cat food I can use for my main coon who has bladder and bowel issues/ sensitivity. He dealt with bad bladder crystals and bloody poop for a while and we couldn’t figure out what the issue was. The vet told us to switch food as a last resort try, and thankfully this completely stopped all issues. He’s been perfect with zero issues for the last 5+ years.

Last year one of my cats was diagnosed with FLUTD. It took me a long time to find a dry cat food that all the cats in my home liked and was appropriate for the FLUTD cat. Iams urinary formula is the one LOVED by all my cats, both the healthy and sick ones. My cat with FLUTD has not been sick since eating this food. He's the fussiest of them all and he LOVES it. My boys eat this like it is candy so I actually feed it to them as a treat now instead of Temptations. They have another kind of food for their regular diet.
