This stuff is great. I use a cpap machine so having a sinus cold and only breathing out one nostril is hard on me. This works and unblocks em.

Worth the price for this ingredient
I’m willing to pay more for Sudafed with xylometazoline as the active ingredient. From what I’ve read, it carries a lower risk of systemic side effects in children compared to oxymetazoline, which is in a lot of U.S. nasal sprays. Oxymetazoline has been linked to reactions like agitation, sedation, and hallucinations in kids, so I prefer to avoid it. One small con: Harder to find and pricier than standard options, but peace of mind is worth it. Approx 1/2 oz bottle (15 ml)

Xylometazoline hydrochloride spray
Routinely available over the counter in Europe but not in the US. Far superior to Afrin and other brands of oxymetazoline hydrochloride available in the US. This is the only one I could find on Amazon and it really works.

Works well, but you sparingly
This will clear any blocked nose very quickly however you gotta be very careful. You can only use it two or three times periodically or you will develop a reaction where you will get a blocked nose that takes a few days to go away

Most important of all it really does help with your sinuses
I really like this nasal spray. It really helps clears up my congestion. I really would recommend it to other people who are suffering with congestion in their nose. I like it and I would buy it again.
