Mucha DSX12VD 140W DC-DC Regulator

The efficiency is as advertised. However my unit seems to be intermittent at startup. Sometimes it just won't start. But on the occasions that it has chosen to start then it's great. This is a complicated little supply with lots of undocumented features. The manual is way to sketchy. For example they discuss a timer and a timer adjust pot but they give you no idea what it is that it does. They sent two little jumper blocks and there is a header of pins to chose from - to put the jumper blocks onto - but there is no guidance in the 6 page user document about what they really do. The "online support forums" haven't been added to since 2009 and there is nothing there to help me.
