For iPhone users having trouble adding contacts for the kids smart watch.
Really good watch for kids. This watch helps track kids exact location & you can message or call them any time you want when you’re away. So, for those having trouble with the “App” not the kids smart watch itself, but the “App” please continue reading. The only thing I didn’t like about this watch is it didn’t have the best instructions ever. I mean yeah it says easy set up or whatever, but the app that it says to download, which is like “SeTracker” that app did not work for us at all for our iPhones. We couldn’t add anything to the watch from the app “SeTracker” such as contacts for the watch & the app kept saying “Equipment are not connected to the internet!” every time we tried to save a contact on the “SeTracker” app. Well what I noticed was, there was another app called “SeTracker2” I downloaded that one instead of what the watch instructions told me to download. I followed the instructions on the app to set it all up. Use the small QR code on the back of the kids smart watch when it asks you to scan the QR code because if you power on the kids smart watch & slide through all the apps or whatever you want to call them, the actual QR code app won’t scan so just use the QR code sticker that’s located at the back of the kids smart watch. Hope this review helps anyone else that is having the same problem!! :D

not defective but useless product
Returned the item was not defective but is useless. GPS does not work with Speedtalk prepaid sim card (suggested paired by Amazon) and there was no instructions how to set the date and time. Emailed the seller and was been told to wait to get they will get the info from the manufacturer but did not really get any reply back after weeks of waiting.

Watch is useless without a sim. Bought one and it doesn't connect to cellular or gps.

Don’t take a bath in it.
I liked this watch. Worked perfect until my son forgot he had it on and took a bath in it. Now the battery doesn’t stay charged for longer than 4 hrs and it no longer tracks him.

Horrible. If you could give no stars I would. It says it connects to AT&T but it won’t.
