Q: can you adjust the volume on the music?

My music box showed up w a crack in the glass and no piece to put in to turn volume up. So basically we haven’t used it yet I’m returning it

Q: Does this have water in it and has anyone bought a cord to plug it in

absolutely not. Not sure why you would think there is water in it! It comes with a cord to plug in since its electric.
