Silver Ratchet Skateboard Tool

This tool basically does everything that you would expect it too. The ratcheting socket is a nice touch that few skate tools offer. It also feels sturdier and higher quality than similar tools, and it's evident that it will stand the test of time. The only problem I had is with the hex/allen key/wrench bit. It was one of the main selling points for this tool as my trucks have a hex kingpin, but it comes with only one bit, it's a 5mm, and it's a proprietary bit. My trucks (Krux Downlow Mahollow) require a 5.5mm, so I have to use a separate tool. With the exception of the compatibility with Krux trucks, this tool is perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.

not cheap, but well made. the alan key will fit a razor scooter axle , and one of the sockets fits on a know-ped kick scooter axle. just sayin :) i really like this thing. my only gripe is that the little screw driver is a pain in the butt to get out, but better that than it falling out all the time on its own. this was a good purchase!

I don't know if they ran out of the red color, or it was originally blue and the picture was wrong, but I ordered the red one and got the blue one with DYRDEK stamped across the top. Other than that, it is THE BEST TOOL I have ever owned. It has the file, the ratchet, and the allen wrench stays in place so you can't lose the tool. I thought the top was made out of some cheap plastic and the metal was too skinny so it would break easy, but the top is NOT PLASTIC and the skinny part WILL NOT BREAK WHATSOEVER. The file is nice and rough for your grip tape. It comes in a nice little box for you to keep it in so you don't lose it.

Seriously if you don't have a ratchet skate tool, it's time to get one. Amazing! Even the grip tape file works well.

Good but the wrench falls out too easily. There's nothing to clip it in like some models have.

My son is an avid skater and this tool comes in extremely handy when changing out trucks from one board to another. He really like it.

this does it all. It looks awesome. I can carry it around at the skate park and it don't get in the way. very durable.

This tool is great, however i recommend this tool if you assemble a new deck every 2 weeks max. However if you assemble a new deck every 1-2 months its not for you, cause really the ratchet is a great feature you will only use twice when you mount it and dismount, so it wont be worth it to buy the tool if you assemble a new deck in 1-2 months. The regular skate tool is ok.
