You are an animal herder, wishing to become a Super Farmer. Working your way to earning the title involves numbers, strategy and calculating risk as you trade your farm animals for others until you have one of each. However, be warned! The pesky wolf and the fox are hunting for your animals, so make sure you have dogs to protect the herd! The game was designed occupied Poland during World War Two by famous mathematician Karol Borsuk and his wife. The game was extremely popular and the Borsuks sold many handmade copies. Unfortunately, most copies of the original game were lost during rising in Warsaw in 1944, but the last preserved copies allowed the revival of the nearly extinct design. The game is intended for children but is thoroughly enjoyed by adults!

This is a fabulous game, bought this as a gift after my own son enjoyed it so much. Feels a bit complicated to start but a great balance of chance and strategy and easy once you get into it. My 7 and 9 year old sons love it.

La versione inglese di questo divertente gioco per grandi e piccini è meno curata di quella italiana. C'è una discordanza tra quanto esposto sulle regole esposte sulla confezione e quelle riportate all'interno nelle istruzioni del gioco. Inoltre, paragonandolo con la versione italiana, mancano le tabelle di gioco su cui apporre gli animali conquistati e i cani di plastica (3D) anziché di semplice cartoncino stampato.
