I love these pumpkin seeds! What a fresh, nice taste! I've eaten them plain from the bag. I've added these pumpkin seeds to my baking and to salads. These are raw, not roasted, and salt-free. So nice and crunchy! I love the variety of textures it adds to my salads, dessert breads and sprinkled on yogurt for a change. They are very tasty and addictive, very, very good. These i highly recommend!
