I have tried before the whole psyllium husks or eating more fiber, but I got inconsistent results with both approaches. I take these pectin caps as follows: as soon I as wake up around 6 am, I take 3 caps of apple pectin, and 600 ml (20 oz) of water, than I have my cup of espresso. My diet is red meat, milk, cheese and eggs and butter. The only fiber containing food is 2 apples that I eat every day, and the 3 caps of pectin. Now with the pectin caps I have no constipation, and by 7 am my colon empties completely and everything is gentle, as it should be. At around 8am i have my breakfast.

We were advised to take this just in case we had to take the shots and would have an injury. So this is preventative. So glad we could get it at such a reasonable price.

I’ve had no issues with this brand, the bottles are always sealed, the supplements look and smell fresh. Apple pectin is a great way to remove toxins from the body.
