Great for Hair, joints, nails etc
Although usually used for baking, I use these.. 1 sheet every couple of days, as a beauty supplement.. Soften in cold water..squeeze out... add to hot water, tea, coffee, soup.. even hot cocoa. These sheets are absolutely scentless and tasteless. Just like the jello of childhood.. no interactions or side effects!!! Just Wonderful
