Cambion Heel Lift - 1/8" - Small - Sold Individually

this is the right size for my wife to compensate for one leg being longer than the other. She loves these, and so do our pups! We ordered several so my wife does not go without in case of puppy snacking.

After less than 2 months of daily use, the stickiness has come off the heel lift. I have to use something to make it stay down when I put it in sandals that do not have an inner length insert. Otherwise, it was just what I wanted to correct one foot being longer than the other one.

After my knee replacement, it became apparent that the opposite leg was functionally shorter. This will be remedied - hopefully! and I really think so given measurements and soforth - when I get the other knee replaced. In the meantime, I am using these to even things up a bit. They're not perfect, because, I'm still not quite in perfect alignment, but these do help. And, they're cheap enough that I've gotten several and leave them in my shoes instead of moving one or two around. These are good lifts if that's what you need. Oh, also...they don't slide around. That's a good thing.

The heel lift made the difference with my posture ..I am under the care of a physical therapist who recommend this product and cold see the difference in my alignment . ordering a couple more .

I was in desparate need of a heel lift in 1/8". No one in town sold them and I found this exact product on line that my P.T. had given me. It is clear and yes it is sticky at first but you get used to it with sandles. You can wash it with warm soap and water and it still sticks into the heel portion of the shoe. I bought 4 of them. Two of which stay in my running and gym shoes and the others i interchange. I would buy them again and I highly recommend them. This is something I can't live without since my right leg is a tad shorter than my left.

when I ordered it I was so sure that this item is finally what I wanted, but what I got was absolutely different than on the picture, bad quality so small and I was so upset. What is more funny I did not pay attention that they sell it individually and not pair, finally I got the heel lift for one leg, than when I contacted them, their advise was to buy another one for another leg. so my advise is that think twice before to buy this item!
