after playing the cd for a full 60 days there ...
after playing the cd for a full 60 days there was no change in my skill level ; no increase in speed ;power timing refiexes confidence ;nothing . from time to time i could hear some affirmations that were not very impressive . i noticed this man has produced cds on many other martial arts as a martial artist for more than half my life i would find it hard to believe that a non-martial artist would know the correct way to make such a cd .
