Displaysense 5ft Silver Heavy Duty Clothes Rail

Nothing at all wrong with the overall product when assembled but assembly was awful. Should have been so simple but getting the casters into the base was near impossible. Granted you dont have to put wheels on but if you want to, put the small black bungs into the poles BEFORE connecting the casters. Does not make that clear in the instructions. Casters wouldn't connect into the poles at all, managed in the end by filing down the plastic bungs and a bit of brute force. Good product apart from that.

bought clothes rail at a reduced price as described as having cosmetic damage only.no apparent damage but 2x plastic castor inserts missing so had to return whole unit and order new one costing £18more. Could not talk to anyone....ridiculous.Hole in packaging so I wonder how the inserts escaped.

Very easy to assembly it strong but the wheels are very bad

Followed the 'picture' instructions to a tee but the wheels keep coming off , the actual weight and gauge of the metal is good and strong but I need to be able to move it about without ruining my flooring.Please send me a new set of wheels that will stay on otherwise l will need to return the rail !!!!!!

Brilliant storage rail, very very sturdy and well worth the money. I've had a few cheaper versions of clothes rails and not one of them has remained standing but this rail really is heavy duty and very easy to assemble.

Very good value - we have moved to a house with less storage and this rail is coping very well with the majority of our winter/outer wear!

Went together in 5 minutes , looks amazing so impressed I've ordered another one
