Darice 9149-10 Rectangle Plaque, 7-Inch,Natural

I purchased this product to create hand-painted wall plaques for my business.Initially I looked to buying from an Australian company but wasn't able to find one that I was happy with, hence,I looked farther afield to America.I am very glad I did , because these are just perfect and were certainly worth paying the more expensive postage price for.The workman/womanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable considering the effort put into them.If and when I need more, I will definitely buy from this seller.Thankyou!

If you don't live close enough to a craft store to find these, Amazon is a good place to get them, although you will pay a bit more. They're smaller than you think, so you might want to measure this out on paper before you purchase. Great for crafting, though!

The description states the plaque is 5.5"x7", It is in fact 5"x7". Fortunately not a big deal for me, I can handle having a half-inch less width on it, but other customers may require more precision. The wood itself is what you'd expect from a $4-6 product, it's a nice light, wood, but the grain frays in a few places where it's cut on the edges. Overall, very pleased, just wanted to point out the error in the description for other buyers.

I took a fruit snack picture of baby Yoda and made a sparkly plaque of it. Nail polish was used as enamel. I am well pleased. 😊

This was the perfect size for what I needed! I used paint markers on it and it didn’t bleed so that should tell you how thick the wood was!

Workmanship and material are high quality but it's a shame that Amazon decided to ship it in plastic envelope/bag. Arrived with a very noticeable dent right in middle of plaque. Have to assume it happen in shipment or while delivered or dropped on my front step. Amazon over boxes so many things, you would think they would protect something so dent-able.

.......it did have a small dimple dead center of the board. Luckily for me it will be hidden when I use the board.

No cons, just nice and ready pine. I can not wait to begin staining and poly-urethaning, two heavy coats.... Darise has several sizes and types. No sanding, TY God!!
