Love this product!The natural taste of it is not so pleasing, but it is great to mix it in juice or yogurt, very appreciated product and seems to be helping a lot! :)

Really like this product , It’s working really well for me , I can feel a difference and it’s only been a couple of weeks , it’s easy to take no after taste I will decide on value for money when I’ve Finished my first bottle and how I feel , but if it carries on improving how feel know then it will be good value .

Found this a very good format for vitamin b complex, especially for absorption , better than taking as a tablet. The formula thickened quite significantly after placing in the fridge as per instructions for storage. This was unexpected, not sure if this is related to the fridge temperature. The taste is best described as medicinal, not sweet but then not unpleasant to my palate, I don’t mind it it at all. Just proves it’s not padded out with sweetness, which is good.I find the shelf life of 6 weeks short though. As the bottle contains 20 doses, if used daily once opened the shelf life is just about adequate. However, I tend to forget to take it daily as it’s out of sight in the fridge! Pricey product, but well worth it if absorption is good.

This vitamin B complex works very well. It helps my joints, energy levels etc it makes you feel like a well oiled machine lol. I highly recommend buying this 5 stars.

I thought this would be good to try when my usual brand was unavailable. I was nervous about the "natural flavour" as I often react to ingredients and would have preferred it to be unflavoured. I didn't react but omg this taste is so utterly disgusting its made me feel gippy and nauseous so definitely pretty hard on the stomach. I've also accidentally overdosed on b12 as most complexes omit that one as its in so many fortified foods and I didn't realise it was in this one and took my usual b12 sublingual without thinking. A stressful experiment I won't be repeating. Can't wait for my usual brand to be available again.

This stuff is really good. I needed a good B complex and I don't like taking too many tablets all the time as they make my stomach go a bit crazy.For B vitamins the taste isn't too bad at all. I was pleasantly surprised. There is also more in the bottle than I was expecting.Overall I would really recommend this product :)

Ich denke, das war der Grund weshalb ich nicht mehr ständig so müde bin. Auch die Haut wurde besser. Nebenbei habe ich noch viele andere Nahrungsergänzungsmittel genommen, aber der positive Effekt den ich tatsächlich merken könnte, kam erst nach dem B Komplex

Leider ist eine Wirkung nach 15 Tagen nicht spürbar. Mehr kann ich nicht schreiben.

Schade, weil in diesem Vitamin-B-Komplex logischerweise Folsäure enthalten ist (Vitamin B9). Mit wäre es mittlerweile lieber, wenn das natürliche FOLAT enthalten wäre. Folat ist in zahlreichen Nahrungsmitteln enthalten, das kann man im Internet recherchieren. Das ist der einzige Grund, warum ich dieses Produkt nicht anwenden werde, denn die synthetische Folsäure kann bei mir Schäden verursachen - was nicht bei Jedem so sein muß. Es ist also ein ganz persönlicher Grund, warum ich nur vier, anstatt 5 Punkte gegeben habe.
