To make essential oils water dispersible, add an equal part of coconut emulsifier to your essential oil or blend then add distilled water or other liquid.

Worked, but ingredients unclear...
This worked great for my mixture but I didnt realize that coconut emulsifier is also Polysorbate 20. Also, right on your page it says it contains PEG-7 glyceryl (this is not on the actual bottle).
