GAME CHANGER- Highly recommend!!!
This item is such a game changer that I could actually cry!!!!. I have a deviated septum and I'm terrified of the surgery (the whole packing my nose and not being able to breathe makes my skin crawl off my skeleton). My right nostril is the problem, so when I lay on my left side to try to sleep, my right nostril starts to collapse and I can't breathe unless I hold it open with my thumb and my hand across my face. This has been going on for YEARS, but only recently has it gotten worse to the point of seeing an ENT. The Breathe Right strips aren't strong enough to keep my nose open and I've said it forever "what if there was a hard tube I can just stick inside my nostril to keep it from collapsing". YOU GUYS- THIS IS FINALLY THAT THING!!!! I got this multi pack. The soft silicone ones will be useless to me, not strong enough, so the hard ones are what i needed. Glad i bought the pack with varying aizes to test which one fits the best. Size medium for me. You can feel it, its not like you put it in and forget its there, but is isnt UNcomfortable. Especially having a deviation you can definitely feel it- it's a snug fit, but in my mind, that's what its supposed to do, and HOLY MOLY DOES IT WORK. I'm testing it out laying on my left side as I write this review and not once have I needed to mess with my nose to open my nostril to breathe. Effectiveness 10/10. Usability 10/10. Value 10/10. For less than $10 I can finally breathe WITHOUT needing to do the surgery or holding my nose uncomfortably open. Knowing what I know now, even if this product was double the price, I'd buy it on repeat forever!!!

Budget friendly but not terribly comfortable
They did work as advertised however they were really uncomfortable and made a whistling sound as I breathed through them which made it difficult to fall asleep. If you’re looking to try the dilators, this is a good budget friendly option. They just didn’t work for me.

They work.
They work. They are a good replacement for nasal strips. My only beef is the small triangular piece at the bottom of the cone that pokes into my nostrils. I put a dab of vasoline on that little triangle to keep it from irritating my nostril. As far as I can see, all the brands have the same feature for some reason. I will keep using them.

After figuring out which size and type was best, they sent a free pack of 12
I got these to help alleviate snoring. I've been using the sticky nasal strips, but I hate the residue and the skin irritation that I get after scrubbing off the residue for a few days. I must admit that it took a while to find the right size, and even then I had to trim the length. I guess my nose is short? But that was acutally pretty easy, as the soft ones have ringed ridges that I just cut along (carefully with sharp scissors) to get the proper length. Attached photo showing a pair before and after I trimmed it. Once I did trim it to be comfortable I was VERY happy with the results. They open my nostrils much more than those sticky strips. The soft silicone material ones were super comfortable and I had no problem sleeping with this in once I got the right size and trim. Plus these are a great deal for the money since they do send a free pack after you get this sampler.

Too bulky/thick
Both the hard cones and silicone cones are bulky/thick and made it more difficult for me to breathe. I’ve used other nose dilators that work better than these. The silicone cones had a smell that I didn’t like either.

These hurt.
These kind of worked at first, they were tolerable, the small ones are too small to fit the gap between my nostrils and the ones that can hurt like hell. Very uncomfortable. Nozovent has been the most effective nasal dilator I’ve used so far but it’s also the most ridiculous looking one as well.

Great solution for deviated septum...once you find your fit
I've had these about a month, and have cycled through several of the different sizes and types (between the soft silicone and the harder cone style) before finally settling on the type and size that works best for me. That said, I then really appreciate that this comes as a sampler set, so you can do that kind of trial and error over some period of time. I initially thought the softer silicone would work, or at the very least be the most comfortable, but I found it too squishy, so even at the several sizes I tried it didn't keep my deviation open enough at night to be effective. Eventually settled on the cone shape, the medium size works for me. Like Goldilocks, the small was too small, the large was painfully too big, and the medium was juuuuust right. I have also found that this works best if you really make a point of pushing it up into the nose, at least for me and my wonky septum, it requires a nudge up to get it to hold the offending tissue into place. I sleep REALLY well now -- prior to these, my sleep was disturbed constantly by a combination of post-nasal drip and that one blocked nostril. No more. I'll be ordering a set of just the medium cone sizes soon.

A MUST TRY
These absolutely blow other similar products (that utilize far more marketing tactics) out of the water! The variety pack allows you to find your size and then offers a QR code for you to get a free pack of the size you chose. I personally chose to just buy my next pack to support the company. The soft silicone vents are absolutely amazing. a perfect fit, and holy crap do they work. I've used the one from the variety pack for the past 3 nights...and during workouts.

For the price, absolutely worth the try
I use nasal strips to help breath at night, however they costs 25 AED for a box of 10, of which at least 3 generally go wasted because they dont stick. I tried this devices, the hard cones did not solve my problem, while the silicon tubes workes quite fine. I use the largest one and they fit well. After insertion I do not have any discomfort. Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!

A Complete Game Changer – I Can't Sleep Without It
I've been using these nasal dilators for several years, and I honestly can't imagine sleeping without them anymore. When I first started using them, I bought the variety pack with different sizes and firmness levels. I'm glad I did because it helped me find the perfect fit. For me, the small, firm version works best and stays comfortably in place throughout the night. I don't just use them for sleeping—I also wear them while exercising. Before I started using nasal dilators, I would often get headaches after workouts because I felt like I wasn't breathing efficiently through my nose. Since finding the right size, that problem has completely disappeared for me. Breathing feels much easier during exercise. The material is comfortable, and once you get used to wearing it, you barely notice it's there. My advice is not to give up if the first size you try doesn't feel right. Finding the correct size and firmness makes a huge difference. Of course, everyone's nose is different, so your ideal size may not be the same as mine. But if you struggle with snoring, nasal congestion, or simply want to improve nasal breathing while sleeping or exercising, I think these are definitely worth trying. For me, they've been a complete game changer, and after several years of use, I still wouldn't want to be without them.
